Having walked alongside many individuals and families through challenging times, I have a deep respect and admiration for the ways in which I've seen growth and healing through adversity.  And that gives me a unique vantage point from which to extend hope to my clients in challenging times. 

my dedication to working with youth, families, individuals and couples has grown out of my time as a therapist at a community mental health clinic.  in my time there, i had the unique opportunity to counsel those facing many different kinds of challenges. Now, in my private practice, i bring an array of skills that enable my clients to make positive changes as they work toward their goals for health.

as one who has always loved children and youth, it is one of my joys to work with them.  in my work with kids, i offer a place that is safe and respectful, where they can express themselves in healthy and healing ways though art, play therapy and conversation.
